We insure that our products are packaged securely against breakage before shipment so that it arrives safely to you. Our well being range are strictly monitored for safety, where GMP, Batch No., expiry date and such are kept on record to ensure only the freshest product reaches you.
Do I need a passport and plane ticket to recieve duty free pricing?
No. While our prices are GST exempt, you do not need any passport and plane ticket information to purchase from our store, nor are there any restrictions on the quantity you can purchase.
Are the products available online safe to use?
We want to assure that our entire range of luxury well being products are safe for consumers. Product safety and quality are our highest priority. All 51DF well-being products comply with standard GMP regulations and are certified Made In Australia.
How long does shipping take?
Depending on your location, standard shipping takes 2-7 working days within Australia, and up to 4-11 working days for international orders.

Our preferred method of delivery is Australia Post Registered Parcel Post as this option offers security at a low price. Shipping costs are calculated based on your region and added at check out.
Overseas
The most economical method of delivery is Australia Post Air Mail. We offer non-insured services and insured services (to most countries). Shipping costs are calculated based on your region and added at check out.
Are there any promotions at your online store?

Do you have a V.I.P client service?
Yes. If you have made a purchase totalling over AUS $3,000, our manager will personally email you with an invitation to join 51DF VIP within 24 hrs of purchase. 51DF V.I.P has exclusive privileges of which you will be informed.
Can I make returns?
Yes. If the product is unopened and unused, the return period is 14 days starting from the date you received your item. Simply mail your return items to our postal address with your credit card details so that your purchase price can be fully refunded. Please note that all shipping costs incurred are the responsibility of the customer. We are only liable for the return of items if the product is faulty.

International Shipments
We do not charge any customs duties on International shipments. We recommend that you check with your local customs officials or post office for more information regarding importation taxes/duties that may be applicable to your order.
